Sharing is caring!

For a busy gal, multi-tasking is a must. One of the easiest ways to cross two things off at once is to wash your face while you shower. One, it opens your pores better than splashing your face with water at the sink. Two, you don’t have to be careful not to make a mess with water because girl… your showering.

I like to initially get the grime of the day or night off my face with my Norwex body cloth. It is antibacterial and a light exfoliant. I usually do this while my shampoo is sitting in my hair.

After shampooing I like to let my face rest for a minute and hopefully my pores open a little more with the hot water before I cleanse my face. During that time I wash my body.

Then while conditioning my hair, I cleanse my face. Ever since High School I’ve been blessed with adult acne. So currently, I am using Murad acne cleanser. Once I rinse that off, then I rinse the conditioner out of my hair.

Once out of the shower, I spritz my face with toner. Then I apply Tea Tree oil all over. Being careful to avoid the area close to my eyes. Then I put on moisturizer, making sure to bring that down my neck.

I do not apply anything extra for acne spots, the tea tree oil I applied all over does the trick at taking care of those for me. At least most of the time it does.

I try not to apply harsh products to my face anymore because I think that may have been contributing to my acne.

Products I Use:

Norwex body cloth

Murad – Acne Control Clarifying Cleanser

Mario Badescu – Facial Spray with Aloe, Chamomile and Lavender

Tea Tree Oil

Face Moisturizer
